 "Balm"  watercolor 2000 36x28 framed

When we fall in life and we repent (the Sorry Piece), God's light shines on us because Jesus Christ is our balm of Gilead and we are healed.

"Proverbial"  watercolor 2000 28x36 framed

This painting is about the warnings a father gives his son in the beginning of the Book of Proverbs.

"Compassion and Healing" 2007 watercolor 16x20 framed

The child represents our relationship with Father God. We should approach Him as children. The aloe plant represents healing. The pomegranate is symbolic for compassion. So with compassion and a right relationship with God, we can bring healing to those around us.

"Joy in Purpose" 2007 watercolor 16x20 framed

The orchids are symbols of joy and happiness. I use teapots to show how we are all vessels with gifts, spirit, and life. How we pour ourselves out or keep it all in in, is up to us. The child represents our relationship with God. So, we are to have joy in the vessel God made us to be and in what He created us to do.

"Crimson" 2001 36x24 framed watercolor

This piece is based on the scripture: "Come now let us reason together says the Lord. Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the best from the land; but if you resist and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword." Isaiah 1:18-20
